Regine is a New Jersey native who made Flemington her home nearly 20 years ago after relocating from Essex County with her family. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University, she embarked on a successful career as a paralegal, excelling in navigating clients through various legal complexities. Now, leveraging her extensive experience in client relations and a passion for real estate, Regine has transitioned to the real estate industry to assist her clients comprehensively.

Known for her genuine dedication to serving clients’ best interests, Regine takes pride in her commitment to finding the perfect real estate fit, whether it’s a cozy one-bedroom apartment, a spacious multi-room home, or a multi-family dwelling. Her unwavering devotion and exceptional customer service have earned her a growing base of loyal clients and referrals.

Regine’s involvement in various industry organizations speaks volumes about her commitment to real estate excellence including the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), Women’s Council of NAREB and Women’s Council of Realtors. She currently serves as the President of the Central Jersey chapter of NAREB (Central Jersey Board of Realtist®) and President-Elect of Women’s Council of Realtors-Middlesex Network. Previously, she chaired the DEI Committee of the CORE Association of Realtors and was recently appointed Vice Chair of the New Jersey Realtors 2024 Equal Opportunity and Cultural Diversity Committee.

In her leisure time, Regine finds solace in reading, exploring culinary delights (whether it’s trying new recipes or restaurants), and cherishing moments with her family and friends. Her primary career goal is to facilitate ideal housing arrangements for her clients, ensuring they have the freedom to enjoy the activities they cherish most with their loved ones.

Throughout his journey, Steve has emerged as a vital asset for clients, real estate professionals, and financial experts alike.

Specializing in facilitating home purchases and refinances, Steve excels in securing improved terms for his clients’ existing home mortgages. He takes pride in demystifying the mortgage application process for first-time homebuyers while delivering exceptional service to move-up buyers and refinance clients with professionalism and urgency.

With certification as an FHA 203K rehabilitation loan specialist since 1999, Steve’s expertise is underscored by his recognition as the “Mortgage Professional of the Year” by the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) in 2008. A seasoned public speaker, Steve is sought after for his insights on mortgage banking and residential real estate.

Steve holds a BS in Commerce from Rider University and pursued further education at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he engaged in their Master of Business Administration program. He shares his life with his wife, Bridget Cooper, and their three children: Chelsea, Kayta, and Mambi.

Corey Fowler, also known as Corey “Mr. REO” Fowler, is a seasoned Investor and Agent from Trenton, NJ, and Founder of End to End Properties Group Inc. With a robust background in Utility and Electrical Engineering Technology, he previously dedicated 16 years to PSEG, honing his professional, leadership and Problem-solving skills. Corey is deeply involved in his community, serving as the Head of the TIPS ( Traffic Information Parking & Safety) Ministry at his church. He is Recording Secretary for the Central NJ NAREB chapter and Corresponding Secretary for NAREB YRD NJ chapter.

A man of faith and action, Corey passionately volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and advocates for Sarcoidosis Awareness, providing support and hope for Sarcoidosis warriors like himself. When not immersed in professional or community endeavors, Corey enjoys staying active,  working out, target training, bowling, meditating, and has recently added travel to his list.

Dithra (Deetra) Sands, born in Neptune, NJ, is a devoted wife, mom, and grandmother who values family and open communication. With over 20 years of experience, Dee is an Independent Certified Financial Representative with Primerica. She travels throughout New Jersey conducting free Financial Literacy Workshops for various organizations, communities, schools, and corporations, educating people on “How Money Works.”

Dee has been featured on Blog Talk Radio and in publications such as Take Center Stage Magazine, Bella the Influencer issue, and the 50 on Fire Project. She is a co-author of two #1 Amazon best-selling anthologies and is an accomplished domestic and international speaker.
